DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton Niagara Falls

Great looking hotel from the out & the inside. Very clean throughout. Comfortable room. Mattress, pillows, sheets very awesome and cozy. Tv had lots of channels, temperature settings were easy to change, lots of storage in the room. Very quiet & relaxing. Pool area was great, especially the kids pool. Lobby area is great,has lots of seating area and also has a little cafeteria. Checkin & checkout were a breeze, and loved the Welcome cookies- they were yum! Overall, great place to stay with family even though its a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and thats what we wanted.

A great family overnight at Double Tree Niagara . Enjoyed the Pool and outdoor hot tub and even fireworks at the end of the night 10:00 pm for 5 minutes 😃

Very nice hotel. Rooms are huge. Easy accommodates family of 4. Price was very reasonable. A little bit of a walk from things but the “river view” was great! And it was nice to be off the beaten path a little. GREAT value stay.

This hotel is always excellent, in every way. Beds are very comfy. Staff is always kind and rooms are nice and clean and spacious. If you are looking to go swimming with your kids, don’t come here. The pool is way over chlorinated! It burns your eyes just sitting in the room, when your not even in the pool.

An excellent 3-night stay with my family. We totally enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub too.

We stayed here about a dozen or more times in the past few years. It was our go to hotel for Niagara Falls and we noticed the rooms were dirty. I seen hairs all over the beds, old smeared tooth paste on the back of the bathroom door not sure how long that was there for. The dresser the tv was on was dirty. It was not clean at all. Bed mattress felt old and the entire hotel is run down. The lobby is kept up and that is it. Also saw marijuana broken out of rolled up cigarette on the elevator floor and some other unpleasant spit. No one cleaned it up I was worried my kids would end up in that elevator when we went back later it was cleaned up, but I think it was there from the night before and no one took the time to clean it up. It’s definitely not up to Hilton standards. I won’t stay here again.

The hotel was very nice. The room was exactly as described and the view was amazing. The pool area was huge. The pool could have been a little warm but otherwise was great. The few downsides are that there are no microwaves in the rooms. A microwave in is available in the basement but that is a little inconvenient. The hotel only had one large luggage cart so families may need multiple to get everything in. We did have a half hour wait past check in as our room was not ready so that was not great but the front desk gave us a key card to be able to access the pool to wait.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family for a visit to the Falls! The pool is AMAZING, the rooms are spacious, and the staff was so kind and hospitable. It is also a very convenient walk to the Falls and all other attractions in the immediate Niagara Falls area. Definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful hotel. I loved the decor. It is kept scrupulously clean. The pool area is excellent if you are traveling with kids or just like a hot tub. We had a very comfortable stay at and very reasonable price off season.

Stayed for one night on March break with the kids and it was wonderful. The staff is always amazing and the facility and rooms are always clean and welcoming. I have stayed more than once and will be back again. Don’t forget to check out the restaurant on site as well. Great food at a very reasonable price.
