Rooms were updated recently and very clean. Check in was easy. Lots of parking available. Location is good, both the falls area and lundys lane area within walking distance. Close to a lot of restaurants. This hotel does not have any room service available, only a very small "market" in the lobby, which at the time of our stay was poorly stocked. Only issue really was the noise. Can hear other doors banging throughout the stay, even through the night. Could also very clearly hear other guests, including their children running up and down the hallways. Was sufficient for our one night quick stay.

When we first arrived, we were not pleased with our room layout, so we spoke with Syed at the front desk. He was most helpful and offered us a choice of two different rooms, one of which was to our liking. Housekeeping was very helpful and pleasant. The only downside was that the floors are somewhat thin and we could hear the children in the room above ours, although that was only for one night. I would recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed having access to all the amenities of the Falls without the congestion of Clifton Hill. The parking was ideal for families as you may need to get something from the car and it's conveniently on site. Will definitely be returning!

This is a excellent hotel it is family friendly and in the centre of the attraction and i would recommend this hotel i will be staying here again when im at the falls

Got an upgrade to a junior suite with a jacuzzi, so that was a nice bonus. Hotel is centrally located and is in good shape. Would recommend!
