Best Western Plus Cairn Croft Hotel

Our stay was great, so we would stay there again! The front desk associates were awsome! Twice i needed information & they were very knowledgeable, helped us tremendously & saved us money too. They were so friendly, where i felt comfortable. The pool was great and grandkids loved it. 2 hot tubs also. And, lots of towels right at the pool to use. There was a climbing play house also. Lots of couches, chairs, tables to use in the pool area. The arcade was actually cool to have right at the pool area! Very clean area and lots of plants and trees. I saw a computer/printer/fax area also. Close to pool area , which we did not use. Also a wasger & dryer to use if needed. Our room was nice, clean and had a window. We were able to park our car right infront of our window. There was a microwave, a 3 foot high fridge, nepresso coffee & machine. The tv was huge! The wi fi was free andxworked perfectly. Garbage can & recycle can to. Blow dryer was a good one. The area was about a 30 minute walk to clifton hill/falls, so because the grandkids were young, we did not walk. Was a 3 min drive. Found parking, one street over from clifton hill for 10$ for day. Most lots were $20-$30, depending on which day of the week. Sat being more. The hotel had No frills on one side and mcds on the other side. Dollarama, rexal 1 minute walk. There were ton, of places to eat on Lundys lane. Firehouse subs, and a flying saucer restaraunt we ate at. Everything was great, at this Best Western Hotel.

overall its all good except that a little bit noise when you go to bed due to kids closer to the playground and pool.

The property is dated but has an amazing courtyard pool and jacuzzi tubs. It has an incredible arcade room and my kid loved it. The nespresso in the room coffee makers are also a huge plus unlike others where the room coffee is not great.

This was my 2nd stay—this time I brought a busload of teenagers with me. The hotel is perfect for teens. I appreciated that we were all on the same floor in the same wing. There was plenty for the kids to do inside the hotel, and a WEGO bus stop outside. Our group breakfast could have included more variety, but the staff was very accommodating.

Great for kids!

Was an amazing experience for the whole family. Room was beautiful and access to poor was great. Staff went above and beyond and were super friendly. Can’t wait to go back.

Always a good time for the family

We went there during Memorial Weekend (USA) (May 24 - May 27) and there were 4 kids sports teams going on. Parking lot was completely full, but there was an overflow lot and you needed to have your ticket displayed so your car wouldn’t get towed. Pool area was completely filled with all the kids, but their lounge area was super relaxing for the adults. Overall, had a wonderful stay, barely hung around the hotel and mainly ventured off to the Falls for our activities. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay near the Falls.
