The staff was excellent. After driving over 6 hours they let me pre-check-in around 9 am when the room was not ready for check-in until around 4 pm. This gave me and my 2 grandchildren the day to walk around. Everything was clean and neat, worth coming back too in the future.

If you’re looking to spend some time on Clifton Hill then this hotel is a perfect location! It is located right across the street from the Niagara Speedway, therefore you’re minutes away from many of the popular attractions on Clifton Hill! The kids enjoyed the pool and the convenience of being able to go back to the hotel room to recharge throughout the day. It was also close enough to walk down to the falls (about 15 minute walk). The staff were all super friendly and helpful and were able to accommodate our group to make sure we were all on the same floor. Breakfast was not included (small restaurant on site), but we took muffins and cereal to enjoy in the room before we headed out for the day. I would pick this hotel if we were to go back.

The kids and I came to Niagara Falls for the tourist attractions. The Vittoria was a good price in comparison to other hotels in the area. It is conveniently located close to all amenities and bus stops. Also close enough to walk as well. The only complaint I would have is that the beds aren’t very comfortable but still good enough for a one night stay.

Went with my family and the hotel ticked all the boxes. They allowed us early check in with no fuss, extremely friendly staff, had ice machine in the corridors and the room was super clean. Was walking distance to the falls and clipton hills. We loved it and if i ever go back to Niagara, it will be same hotel

Stayed with family, all adults. Upon coming to the room, it did look clean. It smelled OK when the air conditioner was on, when it is turned off there is this weird musky old mold smell that lingers in the room for a long time unless you put on the air conditioner. We had the two queens plus one sofa, king bed junior suite, the room was big but the view was not great. It was a view of the parking lot lol. The two queen beds were semi firm and was comfortable now the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It is thin and you can literally feel the springs when lying down on it. The bathroom did look clean. There was mould around the rim of the sink, but if you’re not looking for it, you won’t notice it. The shower was clean as well and so was the toilet area. The gym is small and roughly can fit like three people in the gym. I guess the plus of this hotel is the staff, they were great even when given the wrong room. How close Clifton is and bus stops are very close to the hotel, if you are thinking of taking the WEGO bus. I would also say come before 4:30 or even earlier if you need parking, as it does get very crowded and busy. Another note is the restaurant was closed so you’ll have to go out of the hotel for breakfast.

Parking was an issue, they offered us an offsite parking in a sketchy neighborhood, so we found paid parking elsewhere. Overall, average stay. The location was great travelling with kids as it was right across from Clifton Hill.
