Location is great, walking distance to Clifton Hill attractions. My kids love their pool. Room is clean. Staff are friendly.

It was a decent stay. I requested a specific room but wasn’t given it, which is fine, but I would’ve at least expected the room to have enough towels and other supplies for the amount of people staying in the room. Our room only had 3 towels when there were 4 adults plus a baby during the stay. There was no bible in the room, which I somewhat found rather odd, as all other hotels I’ve stayed at included one. The staff were all pleasant and welcoming. We stayed one night, so it worked just fine.

My family enjoyed their stay at this hotel. The pool was warm and the rooms were clean. Close enough to the Falls and Clifton Hill. We enjoyed the fact that were were 3mins away from the main attractions but far enough away that it was quiet at night.

We had a great stay in the last week of may 2024. We booked a family room. The parking isn’t included in the fare. Break fast is available but wasn’t included in my tariff, so can not comment on it. The hotel is pretty close to Clifton Hill.

Our stay was good just minor details. My family of 6 stayed in a double queen with a pull out sofa room. It was spacious. The carpets probably needed a little more cleaning. The outlets weren't properly done, could potentially be hazardous. They kinda loose as almost coming out of the wall. The shampoo holder fell off the shower wall in the middle of the night. We had an issue with the parking space. We got back from being out all day & there was no where to park.the staff all were very nice, professional & helpful. There is a 17 charge for parking per nihht. Other than that it was a good stay. Very close to the falls. About a 5/10 minute walk from everything which was awesome.

I did not like the children being allowed to play hockey in the hallways in the early morning and late evening. Staff was aware as the cleaners had trouble getting by them. It disturbs other guests. Other than that I enjoyed our stay

They are allowing kids to play around in the hallway, you could hear people passing by. There was also a man who suddenly trying to open our room at 7am during our 2nd day. We we reported it with the helpdesk, he does not seem to care. Probably it was of the customers who check in and got lost. If the door does not want to open why in the first place forcing it so uou could enter. The only good thing about the hotel is its nearby and walkable with the clifton hill pass, and Njagara falls.

This is a very basic hotel in Niagara Falls. If you are looking for luxury or an “experience”, this is not for you. If you are looking for a room and a really good priced one, this is for you! I have stayed here many times over the years for different reasons. This trip was for my birthday and it was myself, my husband and my two young children. We stayed in the third floor with a view of the tattoo parlour across the street, which is not a problem for us but something to keep in mind if you are picky. I have stayed here many times in my 20’s when I was there to party and I’d say this hotel is a decent fit for both reasons. The one aspect the lowered my rating for the hotel is the lack of sound proofing. If your neighbours to any side are showering, you will hear it. If someone runs down the hall, you will hear it and your door will rattle. Again, consider this before you book and leave a bad review base on this cause this is great hotel that doesn’t deserve negative reviews.
