This is a great place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls. It's within walking distance of the falls, making it super convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us a map of the state park and marked all places that were worth the visit. They even went above and beyond by assisting us with obtaining quarters for Canadian border crossing .
The room itself was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The beds were great, and there were plenty of towels provided. The cheese plate and a small bottle of champagne upon arrival were a delightful and very much appreciated touch.
The bathtub featured powerful jets, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Niagara Falls. The only minor drawback was the creaky floorboards in the room. While understandable given the building's age, this could be an inconvenience for light sleepers with a partner or children using the restroom at night.
However, the unbeatable location – just across from Niagara State Park – and the delicious breakfast definitely outweigh this small point. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to the area!

Stayed at The Red Coach Inn for first trip
family of four (2 adults & 2 kids) to Niagara Falls.
This property is ideally situated the closest to the Niagara River and Falls that you can get. Room was really nice & clean. Parking lot and the made to order breakfast at the restaurant were pluses. No negatives at all. When we return to Niagara Falls we will stay at the Red Coach Inn again. Highly recommend!!!

We like to find and stay at vintage inns like the Red Coach and found the atmosphere there as exceptional. We will definitely recommend it to our family and friends. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was great!

The check in process was fantastic. Amy, at the front desk, was professional, told us exactly what to expect and how to get around with a pleasant, welcoming smile.
We booked a suite and it was fantastic. It was spacious, unique, had a view of the river and rapids. Parking was also easy, accessible, just a few steps from the room.
The bar, however was small. Atmosphere not quite what I was looking for. Mostly employees of the wait staff just congregating. Wouldn’t likely have noticed if more patrons were around. Bar was out of Martini glasses apparently. Bartender was friendly and engaging and we don’t blame him for being out of some things.
Brunch was fantastic, we couldn’t have had two better servers both days. Food was quite delicious and fast.
We had dinner one night. I think the host forgot to tell the staff we were sat out on the patio. Nobody greeted us for over ten minuets. I’m understanding as I was in the industry myself for many years. New staff members, especially, make mistakes.
All in all, great experience. I would recommend the Red Coach Inn to a friend or family member(s).

We stayed for two night in July 2022, a family of 5.
1. Cleanliness: the floors were never washed. Kids went barefoot in the bathroom and they feed became black.
2. General property: looks good on the outside until you step in. Squeaky floors, furniture from yard sale...
3. Restaurant: so-so, but as expensive as a hip Manhattan joint. Always almost empty, but once you try to make a reservation it is always "overbooked". Why we ate there? There's not much choice around.
4. Staff: Very arrogant. All smiles as they expect a generous tip, but unhelpful whatever you need. And there's no room service.
5. Other: our booking included breakfast. But not breakfast tip! On day one we didn't expect that we would need to tip them in the morning, so we didn't have cash. They explained to us three times that the tip is not included. They explained that we can add a tip to the room charge (and we planned to do just that). When we went back, they called our room. Our kid picked up the phone and their staff explained to him that we did not leave a tip though we should have... Next morning the waitress refused to serve us... Really, a third-world experience at a first-world price

TERRIBLE!
If I could save at least one family from a poor experience this review will be validated.
Pictures depicting the hotel are not really accurate, the place is run down.
The hotel is overwhelmingly understaffed and the poor service shows in every situation.
Witnessing employees crying in the hallways or the the back of the building is common.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location and for almost $300 a night there are much better hotels that are also close to the falls.
Very toxic environment, unpleasant stay.
