Staff was very friendly however rooms were not cleaned properly. My young child found pills besides the bed. Another disappointment is the slide that has not been working apparently for a couple of years, however is still shown in the photos.

Old hotel. Definitely a 3 star minus kind of joint. Was clean and quiet but room was pretty run down. Waterslide was out of order to the dismay of the children.

I felt "catfished" by this booking. The lobby gives the appearance of a modern hotel but the room was VERY DATED i e. Old carpeting, bathroom is left to be desired, TV barely hanging like a kid made the install. Exposed holes in walls and vents with visible accumulated dusts. It's the saddest accommodation. Please invest in repairs to your hotel for the price you charge.

Booked a king bed as my husband and I are travelling with our 2 young toddlers and co-sleeping and they gave us a queen. We had already gotten settled when we noticed the bed and the kids were getting ready to sleep so we didn’t want to disrupt everything and deal with moving rooms.

Love the rooms, but disappointed that the pool was under construction and that we had no notice of this when we booked the hotel. We like the Sandman Hotel, but with 2 kids, I likely would have chosen a different hotel had I known there would be no pool. This information should have been made available on the expedia website.

It was ok. Pool wasn't open due to a child having an accident which was very upsetting to my children.
