Homewood Suites by Hilton Toronto-Mississauga

Good, but the Breakfast workers where a bit rude. They ignored my kids when they asked about refilling the pancakes mix. Worker brushed us off.

We have always had only great experiences with any Hilton or Marriott hotel we have stayed at in the past however this missauaga location was absolutely filthy upon trying to bring our luggage in the room our 1 and 3 year old daughters where moments away from ripping apart natural gas line for fire place. Me and my wife didnt ever even consider that to be a possibility but whoever last “checked” fire place left the whole side “Maintenance panel off” that’s wasn’t the worst art though even. After getting kids to bed we noticed our youngest was have real struggle with breathing. (She’s extremely allergic to mold and extensive dust) so we started to look and see if there was anything causing it. We then moved the fridge and couldn’t believe it.. I’ve seen tv shows of jail cells cleaner. that’s honestly not even exaggerating.. we took pictures of everything, as we couldn’t believe what we were seeing. To top the whole situation off while moving fridge, further evidence that it hasn’t been moved and room hasn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. There was a big piece of broken glass that I also stepped on and thankfully only received a “tiny” cut however the glass was so dirty from being there who knows how long that cut is begging to possibly look infected. I sure hope that’s not the case because that’s just so many problems and safety concerns in just a one night stay… we really don’t want to not feel “at home” or at very least feel clean staying at any other of your hotels.

So disrespectful, on my last day around 8am while my kids were still sleeping the cleaning lady knocked at the door to ask us when we plan on leaving the hotel room. As far as I know the check out was at 11AM. On my 20 years and staying at many hotels it’s my first time having that kind of experience.

We stayed here for a week as a family of four visiting from the UK. The accommodation was well-equipped so we could cook for ourselves but there was plenty of eating options nearby. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space to relax in the evenings. Breakfast was comprehensive with plenty of choice for the whole family. We found the staff welcoming and helpful. Overall, we would recommend this hotel

This was a great choice for my family, since we were in town for a family wedding. It was a suitable distance to all wedding events and close to major roads, highways, and grocery stores. Having a kitchen in the room was also a nice amenity as well as 24 hour access to tea, coffee, and hot water not to mention a shop to purchase anything you may have forgotten. Their breakfast was also top-notch with all allergens mentioned, and cookies during the weekdays. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends and family.

I was disappointed because I was travelling with my baby of 4 months and had called a day before to reserve a crib. Ive been told that everything has been taken care of to learn upon check in that no crib was reserved and theres no note on my file that i needed one. I was asked to drive to a nearby hotel to get one if i really needed it...... what the hell Long story short i managed to sort it out myself as my husband and I always prepare for plan B... The next day.... fire alarm kicked off around 4 pm... i was with my baby getting her ready for nap. I ran outside to the reception to see if someone can give us more info on it as there were no smell whatsoever. SURPRISINGLY there was NO one at the reception desk. Not a single worker to direct or give info to the hotel guests nor to receive the firefighters ... It ended up to be false alarm, the reception desk personnel flee way before the guests hmm what the hell #2 At night, there were a big family who check in the rooms around ours.... there were a mix of men n women. The women would go in n out of all the rooms drunk with bottles in their hands etc... i have ntg to say at 9pm, then at 10pm, 11, midnignt... all the banging, yelling in the hallway persisted till 2-3 am....... Will i go back..? Nop
