For a small hotel, it has a family buisness feeling we don’t see anymore. Breakfast was hot and good. The only down side is there tv . The image is awful. It’s like the image is in “stretch mode”. Reception , so so.

Property was fairly average for the price that we paid per night. We were on the 3rd floor with a baby and the elevator stopped working on our second day, so we had to carry him up and down the stairs and had a lot of luggage to carry down when we left on our third day. Also, the only staff member who really seemed to care about our stay or even bothered to talk to us was the lady working during morning breakfast.

We stayed one night while visiting family in Toronto. The location was easy to access, plenty of parking, check-in went smooth, and one of the maids even found me two wine glasses to use. The room was pretty basic, but still updated and clean. The continental breakfast was pretty basic, and that would be my only complaint, I think adding a few more items would help.

This property has no sound proofing what so ever. I barely slept at night from how thin the walls were. U could hear other people’s conversations as well as the TV as well as kids electronics

Location good to visit family. When we had to cancel early ( emergency at home with house damage from storm) the staff reimbursed us for last day. We really appreciated this . They were very polite. The breakfast was poor...eggs rubbery, coffee not flavourful, fruit from can, muffin dry.

Room was realy dark, black stone walls, depressing, not holiday feelong at all. We had wet towels, had to ask for dry ones, but were still dump. Bathroom floor was very wet. One of the pillows had disturbing stains!!!! There were spider webs, above the bed. But the worst were mattresses, nobody could sleep, even the kids. Felt like the mattresses were worn out or something. When one preson moved, the other was like on trampoline, lol. Very uncomfortable, looks like Days Inn was cutting corners here! We will never stay there again
