Several cars had their windows smashed while we stayed at this location, making our family feel unsafe Our tub was not draining properly after the first night but maintenance came bright and early the next morning to fix it. The stay was friendly and helpful

Staff paid special attentuon to our kids and showed genuine interest in our visiting Toronto. After a slight wrror with our room they were able to set us up withthe proper room after only 1 night in the smaller one. The breakfast was enjoyable and they had lota of seating available. The suites are great for families !!! I Cannot emphasize how gtrat the staff at thsi establishment are.

A group of hockey kids where at the hotel all weekend. They were running through the halls and knocking on my door and running off. My stay was not peaceful.

Toronto Pearson is awful these days. We’d landed at 2am and desperately needed rest. We were still at the airport at 6:30am trying to make flight arrangements. I checked Expedia and found the closest hotel with availability. Thankfully the Towne Place Suites had rooms available and we got a room when we arrived at the hotel at 7am! Those precious hours of sleep made a world of difference to me and my kids! Thanks!

We stayed here because we needed a kitchenette. The stovetop burners were so tiny and heated so unevenly that we really couldn’t cook our meals. The grills were nice. Loved the little courtyard. The kids enjoyed the pool.
