My experience staying at this property is very disappointing especially for how much I paid £240 for a night. Arrived from an international flight on the 5th. Made a request for housekeeping and was told I either had to come downstairs as they weren’t available till 8am. I had an infant so had to wake her up from sleep and come downstairs. Room was nice but that’s all there was to it, no kettle to boil water in the room. One had to come down stair at breakfast to get water for my baby’s food. I’m visibly pregnant and with a baby as well, there was no one to help with my luggage. Breakfast buffet option was disappointing as well. Left the facility with a bitter taste in my mouth

The hotel is very well maintained and the staff is very pleasant and professional. The rooms was very cosy, the beds were comfortable and the washroom were in an excellent condition. I had a very nice stay with my family in this location and that will be my first choice hotel for my next trips to Mississauga.

Small property that packs a big punch. We were greeted by a wonderful woman who made us feel as family. Room was wonderful, and is the first in all of my travels, that offered a recycling bin in the room. Staff were friendly and personable. The location is convenient to some wonderful restaurants, and I'm sure once the construction is completed out front, this place will be even better, if that were possible. Definitely a place worth staying at.

Nice hotel to stay if you travel with family...great service. They have free breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our staying.

I would like to specifically compliment your front desk associate Dorothia (I believe that was her name). She is VERY friendly and accommodating and a shining star in the Marriott family. Great breakfast. I would have rated it MUCH higher if not for the fact that my bed wasn't made nor was my room cleaned. Towels were not replaced either. I had even left a $20 tip, but no one came. Other than that, definitely will recommend.
