Alt Hotel Toronto Airport

I really like the convenient location of the Alt Hotel but I always have issues connecting to wifi and data here. It's built like a concrete bunker and the connections are so weak it's impossible to use. Very frustrating, particularly when traveling alone and needing to contact family. Please find a way to fix this!

Great everything was perfect specially since he got in a 1am and the front desk said looks.like you need a beer lol and sold me a couple and snacks for the kids.

The Alt was a fantastic first night of an extended family vacation. Only interaction due to flights was with front desk staff who were excellent.

It was close to the airport, easily reached with the Intra-Terminal link train - perfectly seamless stop over for our family!

Gave a room with one queen bed for a family of four.

Late arrival choose to overnight before traveling to my end destination, my son and his family. Alt is always a great option close to the airport no shuttle service needed.

It is a good place to stay for early flights and late arrivals. The rooms are Ok - bed is great, staff does not look professional, like a bunch of kids running the place. Not great customer service.

Good to see the Alt using refillable large shampoo, hand soap, etc. containers rather than the little ones that end up who knows where. Also, the shower containers are different colours, handy for anyone who needs reading glasses and struggles to figure out which bottle is shampoo and which is body soap.

Stayed here for one night during a layover and had a great experience. Traveled with my husband and baby. We arrived on a late flight, after midnight. We were greeted immediately and checked in quickly, which was much appreciated with a sleeping baby. The room was clean and had a crib in it on arrival per our request. The hotel was quiet, well decorated, and very easy to find from the airport. The flexible check out time was so convenient and considerate as we did not feel rushed to leave exactly at the checkout time and had a few extra minutes to relax and get ready. For meals, there is snack area downstairs with sandwiches and a few meal options that is open late (or maybe all night, I cannot remember). There is a restaurant/bar open until 1:30 am. We had breakfast from the restaurant and it was pretty good and came with alot of food plus drip coffee. When we arrived we also got items from the snack bar, which the hotel warmed up for us even though it was 1am. The prices were within what you’d expect from a hotel, maybe slightly less. Check out was simple and easy. For heading back to the airport, there are carts outside you can use to take your luggage. Overall enjoyed everything and would stay here again.
