Bed was very comfortable. However we waited for a hour for the shuttle that never arrived (called hotel and was told he was getting gas, waited another 20 min), we had 2 young kids so we ended up taking a taxi.

The front of house staff is lovely and very helpful when you are at the counter, but calling down was useless. I was traveling alone with a baby and both times I called to ask for assistance (once with food delivery, once with a luggage cart) all they did was make things more complicated.

Staff hovered over me with bill and machine at restaurant. I had to ask server to please step away and give me a moment. There were young children in pool area with no parental supervision. They were jumping in the hot tub and had no swimsuits on and only their underwear. I was staying on the 5th floor and wished to go to the pool. I was told by front desk staff that robes provided for 7th floor only.

You,ng kids were jumping in the hot tub with no parental supervision. Sign says children under 12 to have parental supervision but no parent around. Kids did not even have swim suits on but rather only their underwear. I left items behind. I phone long distance 4 times only to get transferred to housekeeping to leave a message but no one returns a call. Seems no one gives a dam

Just not making sure as it can be confusing that both the Sheraton shuttle and the Four Points by Sheraton stop at the same post at airport. Im sure we arent the only people that got on the wrong one and even when i showed the shuttle driver my receipt before getting on, he didnt recognize it was wrong either. We ended up having to get an Uber back to the right hotwl and it was late at night qith an exhaustwd child. So please be more careful with shuttle service and actually looking

Despite checking in and not having our babies cribs ready, and the room not looking like the picture, I must say that the staff and amenities made up for everything else. We had a lovely time interacting with all of their staff from checkin desk agents, shuttle bus drivers to the managers. They were all really lovely, friendly and kind to our kids. It was really appreciated. Plus they have laundry, huge buffet breakfast and 24 hour pool. That was amazing for a young family. I wasn’t in love coming into the room but I must say they won me over with their care and kindness as people. Thank you for a lovely experience.

I was placed beside The elevator. I checked in at 10pm and had to wake up w kids at 3:30am. It was so loud being by the elevator we didn’t sleep.

Two queen bed room was quite small for a family Of 4. The room was also pretty dated with a lot of dry wall damage. Beds were very comfortable.

Check in was very quick and efficient. Bathroom desperately needed renovations as sliding door kept falling off track and couldn't close it which was a huge problem since we were 4 family members together. Toilet wouldn't flush properly and shower drain wasn't working. Besides that , beautiful restaurant with great food in main lobby.
