Everything was great until we went for breakfast and couldn’t get back in our room. We had adjoining rooms and my daughter in the other room locked her door with the safety latch and came out our door. Yes it was her fault but there should be a master lock to get through the adjoining doors. What if there was a child in there. Finally my husband bent the latch and got it open after an hour. Room 508

My family stayed overnight on our way to New York to visit my son. We rented 2 rooms and brought 2 dogs. The rooms were clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The shower was hot with good water pressure. Beds were comfortable. The front desk woman was very nice, despite our midnight arrival. Conveniently located with easy and quick access to the freeway, but it was quiet. My only criticism is the air conditioning in my room was on high all night and the room was freezing and the noise kind of loud. There was no way to change the setting on it. Since I already had to change rooms prior to this, because the key wouldn’t work after recoding it 3 times, I didn’t bother the front desk person about it. I would stay here again. We didn’t try the breakfast.

The room is such a nice large space - I don’t feel cramped in. All staff are helpful and friendly. The coffee area could be kept refilled more frequently. I appreciate the notices to parents about being responsible for their children!

The family suite was very spacious to accommodate 5 of us. Neat and clean and bathrooms well stocked. Lovely breakfast included.

There was a hockey tournament in town that weekend. Prices went up by $70 compared to their normal rate. Price gouging at its best. On duty manager did not enforce the policy guidelines to ensure quiet hours were respected. Twice my wife went to the front desk to register a complaint about kids running in hallways after 11pm.

Had to wait over an hour to check in. No real apology for it. No offer of anything for it. We arrived just after 3 and had to wait until almost 4:30pm along with a bunch of other families. Disappointed

This stay was very disappointing from our previous stays. Loud late night partying and children running in halls. Bedding was different than past and very uncomfortable and cheap.
