Room was a little smaller than expected, but that was okay. Overall cleaniness was okay, except I found a little surprise underneath the cushions of the pull out bed (a sealed package for family planning). The day of checkout, we forgot some clothes in the room. However, the staff saved them and shipped them out for us! I did have to pay for the label. That made the experience pretty good.

Bed Bugs! We left our hotel immediately after we found bed bug. They could not find us another room in the hotel citing reason that all rooms are occupied already. We were left stranded at 9 PM without alternate accommodation. We had to pack and leave back to Seattle at 9 PM ending our vacation in between. Kids felt bad to end vacation in between. They did not accept it was a bed bug. They did refund hotel room charge (minus taxes) however that cannot compensate for ruining our family vacation.

I have stayed at this location numerous times and service is excellent. Price is decent and the property is well maintained. Customer service is very good. Very good for families. Lots of places to eat around the area.

Top floor children running. Reported to the front desk. Problem ONLY got resolved because they checked out. Rental car got hit and run and got bumper with scratches after checking out.

Not only did the front desk staff (Anwar) five my family great ideas for our week stay, but The breakfast hostess (tarran) greeted us every morning and we had wonderful discussions. It was an absolute pleasure meeting these two staff members.
