Holiday Inn Express & Suites Surrey, an IHG Hotel

Just a one night stay. We have been here before but we don’t stay often as this is team hotel for everything from high school hockey to junior mens soccer. The breakfast room can be a zoo in the morning. However our stay this time was quiet.

Lot of traffic noise ( we were facing the road) and the room upstairs probably had kids who were running around. Could hardly sleep.

Perfect for a family! I loved that my suite was clean had plenty of seating and tables.

Excellent hotel for the price, location, cleanliness, and comfort! I like the split room layout (bedroom and living room) which makes it great for families. Love the free parking and hot breakfast. The only criticism I have is the front desk staff can greatly improve in being more welcoming and friendly to their customers. Every time I walked passed the front desk area the staff would just stare at you and not say anything. It would make a world of a difference and make the customers feel more welcomed and comfortable if you can smile and great them instead of just staring.

Good location for visiting family nearby. Old tv could use an upgrade.

What I didn’t like was early in the morning people and kids making a lot of noise in the.hallway which disturbed our sleep. The hot tube was out of order. Everything else was wonderful I will go back for a stay again.

Loved our room, was quite clean and had lots of space for our family, most of staff was very pleasant. Aside from the smell of marijuana that greeted us when we arrived, the stay was quite pleasant for our family for the one night. We would stay again.

Hotel is conveniently located, clean, great for families and close to shopping. The hot continental breakfast was amazing!

The staff are exceptionally kind. The hotel is very clean, the beds comfortable, and food options for breakfast are good. It is quite close to Guildford, which has many food, shopping and entertainment possibilities (theatre close by). Many groups of young people and families stay here. It can be a bit noisy before the 10:00 o'clock quiet time - really appreciate that the hotel requires it to be quiet at that time, since I was sleep deprived on arrival and very tired!
