Sandman Suites Surrey-Guildford

This property is not as advertised... Expedia should do their best to verify photos before uploading on your website as you are misleading customers with those photos of Sandman hotel. It is not as advertised and despite staying there barely 7 hours as i didnt have another option at 2am with my children, I was still charged for one night. Very disappointed in both sandman and expedia.

It such a big space and more. They have everything that small apartment would have ... full kitchen and bathroom. My family and i love it. Thanks Sandman suites.

There are many visible cracks on several walls, ceilings, on the floor in my room, my guess it was due to earthquake? The room is clean, it is certainly a family hotel with kitchen, washer and dryer. For the price I paid in May 2023 (not necessary high season), it is kind of very disappointing relatively. I would rather stay at Holiday Inn or Best Western or Hampton. Show the comparison of the hotel interior. It is laminated counter kitchen and bathroom, ceilings are patched with different colors, based board in the bathroom are swelled and yellowish. Again, it is clean, but certainly not in the good condition and far below market standard from the price paid.

The hotel is in a great place easy walking to just about anything you need. Stayed 2 nights to visit family. The room is very big with everything you need to do your own cooking.

Good location near family. Getting a bit worn. Time for some renovations, but comfortable and well supplied kitchen.

Nice to have separate bedroom when travelling with the kids.
