The staff was super friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a suite and my family was very grateful for the extra space. The view of the harbor is gorgeous and the location is a walkable distance to all the things!

The property was very clean and good location. However it was very noisy. I complained to front desk twice and the noise stopped at 1130 pm. I had my two younger babies with me so it was very disruptive.

We loved the penthouse suite and will definitely book there again. The staff were really nice and friendly - service is great! Would be nice to have more amenities in the hotel. Parking was just too tight. The wifi was weak and has dead zones within the room. We could hear the noise from the street at night. Overall, our family had a great time!

Amazing place to stay on a family getaway! Our suite was very comfortable, and quiet. Spacious, excellent for pack of teenagers. Beautiful view of the harbour, excellent shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Definitely our new "go-to" in Victoria!
