We’d stayed in the Laurel wing last year and booked a larger room in the Erickson wing for our first trip with our 9 month old baby. The private balcony is great to lounge and watch the traffic in the harbor. The bathroom is huge with separate shower and one-person tub. The hotel was very quiet on all nights and mornings of our stay, even though the conference area was always busy. We’ll be back!

Very slow whilst waiting with two children fairly late in evening. The reception staff spent a long time with two groups of customers before explaining breakfast and meal options. When we checked in given room key told to take lift to second floor where we wheeled luggage to second floor ourselves. We did not receive any info regarding breakfast options and by time reached room we found the dining options finished just at 9.30.

Nice location, near the ferry terminal and easily walkable to downtown. We appreciated staying just outside downtown rather than amidst the bustle. It was quiet and peaceful. We opted to upgrade to a larger room for our family of 4 in the newer Erickson wing, and our view of the harbor was amazing!

Everything was A1. Staff brought a microwave to our room so we could warm milk for our toddler. Would be happy to return.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Inn at Laurel Point and would highly recommend it. The view from the room looking over the water was gorgeous. It was kid friendly, very clean and conveniently located. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was amazing, the property is beautiful. The rooms are pretty standard but in three nights there we didn't get our room cleaned/serviced once even after asking and giving a 2 hour window that we were out. A bummer. Also there were back to back weddings at the property which is great but our room next to the stairwell got the bass and music from the dance floor until midnight all nights and that made sleeping a toddler challenging.

the Inn itself, it's amazing - in a very great location within walkable distance to DT Victoria and Wharf. The view is amazing and it's kids friendly. The Aura restaurant is a bit expensive though!
The hotel doesn't have a hot tub or spa, but the swimming pool is good and nice.
Do not trust the Expedia photos - the reservation system shows an ocean view room, however, it is not accurate, however, the service desk was very friendly and able to change our room to the one we needed.

Visiting family in Victoria with my 87 year old Mom and 3 year old golden retriever. Perfect spot for walks, looking out over the water, room service breakfast and coffee for my Mom. We were able to stroll to Fishermen’s Wharf for fish and chips and into town at the harbor. Excellent location, comfy beds, superb staff and service.

The room was a bit dated, but it was clean. Beds were comfortable and you cannot beat location and the view. My kiddos enjoyed the balcony and hotels breakfast was more than adequate to start your day right.

Upon booking, I thought I could choose between a queen bed or 2 twin size. We were stuck with 2 twin size when arriving as hotel said there's no other option (first time I;ve heard of since they were NOT busy on a weekday). I ended up paying $110 per night (2 nights) to accomodate for a queen size bed as we needed the space for our baby's bed in the room. The lady who checked us in was not friendly at all. I later discover that they were about to go on strike.
