Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Two Rivers

We stay here almost every time we visit family in Two Rivers. It is a very nice hotel and we enjoy getting the room with a separate bedroom and the kitchen. The breakfast was better this time than previously, which was nice. Lots of hot cooked food and several flavored syrups for coffee. Also several restaurants within walking distance, some of which also serve breakfast. One thing I did not like was the slippery surface of the bathtub. Kind of ironic since it was clearly a room equipped for handicapped guests. And the shower was barely a trickle when using the hot water. Next time I will request the first floor room we have stayed in previously; that one did not have those problems.

Worst customer service we had ever received while checking into a hotel. The desk service girl never welcomed us, she never smiled. She came across as very rude to our entire family. What an awful experience checking into this fairly nice hotel for the first time. I believe her name was Brittney? Young caucasian girl. My entire family was actually shocked by her rude customer service. Very sad.

The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of Lake Michigan. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. Breakfast options were many including adult and kid-friendly foods. Only had one issue during our 4-day stay that involved the room cleaning. At check-in time I was not informed that rooms are not cleaned daily and stay-over services had to be requested. When I asked at the front desk about the cleaning she stated she would put in the request for the cleaning to occur the next day, unfortunately this was not completed and we ended up leaving trash laying on the floor due to the trashcan being full. Otherwise hotel was very nice and updated.

We arrived early, prior to 3 pm check-in. We stopped in just to say we're here and that we are going to ride our bikes. To our surprise we were told our room was ready. They were VERY accommodating with our large group of family/friends. The clerk/manager behind the desk for that weekend was AWESOME and provided fantastic service. We will definately go back.

The view from our room was of beautiful Lake Michigan. The suite was great for our family of five. We appreciated a good breakfast, too.

Comfortable and clean... had a few family booked into same hotel, found out my key card to my own room could open their doors too... did i feel safe in the hotel, not really but still had a nice quiet night, no disturbance from anyone

Check in was difficult and we were told there was no room for us. We did get a room but when I unlocked the door it was occupied by another family. We were reassigned a handicapped room which did not suit our needs. There was a wedding party that made noise until about 3 AM. There was no one at the desk and no supervision of the property.
