We were looking for a clean, affordable hotel near a family member and the Quality Inn was perfect.

The pool waz filthy. There was toilet paper and dirt clumps in the bottom. We alerted them and hopefully they cleaned it. Kind of sucked for us cuz we were looking specifically for a hotel with a pool to keep the kids busy.

Checked in. Was told they gave away my room with two queen beds. So they “upgraded” me to a suite. In town to watch my daughters college softball team play. She spent the night in the room to get out of the dorms and use the pool/hot tub. So my wonderful suite only had one bed and a pull out couch, which when pulled out, had trash galore in it. So being a nice dad I gave her the bed and took the couch. Bad choice. I can hardly move today. My kid said the bed sucked almost as much. Still wondering how it’s an upgrade. If I hadn’t used a free reward night I’d be a lot more mad. Enjoyed time with my daughter. Did not enjoy the room. Overall it’s not a bad place but stayed in much better in Sheboygan.
