We were very comfortable for our 2 nights. The only thing I wished for was a hot tub to relax in while the kids played in the pool. They had 2 washers and 2 dryers, so i was able to get my laundry caught up. And the fridge/kitchen area was all spacious and perfect.

Home2Suites rooms are large andnaffordable for families. Their breakfast has many options that were suitable for my gluten freebandbdairy free needs. The hotel is clean, friendlynand well taken care of.

We loved our room! It was so spacious for my family of 5. We loved how the room came with dish ware and utensils!

The bathrooms in the rooms are large but offer no privacy if you are traveling with others or young children. Also I was charged for a pet fee when we did not have a pet and my stay was on December 30. I just noticed the charge in my credit card statement. The final bill i received at check out says it was reversed but it was not reversed. My check out time it wrong. I checked out before 11 am. The girl at the desk waved for me to leave the key on the desk which i did. My check out time in my bill was 1240 pm. Ive called about this charge and am not getting the call backs I'm supposed to get. I'm still waiting for this to be fixed. Poor customer service.

2 incidents turned me off to the place In the evening my 40 year old wife who looks 40, took the teen kids to the exercise room to workout. A female staff member very surprisingly came in. Then she started questioning my wife about her age. saying if we had the kids in there they had to have someone with that that was 18. Nothing about my wife appearance would suggest that she is a teen. During breakfast the bus boy came out and yelled at me in open public for setting a bowl with milk and cereal in the wash tub. Apparently it supposed to be dumped into the trash can and not set in the plastic tub. Never in my years, would I considerate it common sense to dump a bowl of fluids in the trash can. When choosing a place, family friendliness is the number 1 factor we look for. All the ads for the pace make it look so. But the incompetent staff does not leave you feeling welcome.

Stayed 2 nights, place was very nice. Staff was very friendly. My children & I enjoyed our time. If there was any complaint, it would be that the swimming pool could have been a little warmer. But other than that, great place to stay.

Great stay for our family! Our room was so clean and spacious. The pillows were so comfortable I want them at home. All common areas were very clean. Pool was fun! Breakfast was great and the kids loved the options. It’s pet friendly- we didn’t bring our dog but we’re happy to know we could have. My kids loved seeing some pups there. Will stay again if we make it back to Eau Claire!

This was a wonderful stay! The whole family was happy! I am a neat freak and it was very clean. Our only feedback for improvement is increased water pressure in the showers.

This is the best place for family

The breakfasts are wonderful, the rooms are nice and clean. The staff is courteous and helpful. I had grandkids over to swim in the pool, they had a great time! The only thing I didn't like was the noise in the middle of the night. Someone either next door or above us walking loudly around around 2:00 a.m.
