Staybridge Suites Eau Claire - Altoona, an IHG Hotel

So nice stay! Nice room with a smal kitchen. Just perfect for a longer stay as a family

The pool was way TOO COLD for children and adults, they need to make it way warmer to enjoy! The rooms were great :)

The room was amazing, we felt like we had our own apartment for the weekend. Would recommend for sure! Everything g was clean and neat, the hotel was great. The breakfast had so many options, even for my Mediterranean diet. It was a great stay. We are local to the area, so we will definitely be recommending our friends and family stay there.

This hotel is one of our favorites and we can always be assured that we'll have a clean room and good to excellent service at the front desk. The breakfast buffet has something for almost everyone and it is fresh and well stocked. If we are staying in the Eau Claire area, we will always stay here and recommend it to our family and friends.

I use this hotel for family and friends from out of town. It has always been excellent in every way. The front desk lady last night was so friendly and kind! They are my go to because I know they are clean and have an excellent breakfast! Staybridge is also convenient because it's right across the freeway from our place!

We stayed in a room where all 6 of us could fit. It was very reasonably priced and the kids had a great time. The only issue was, not that the hotel staff could do anything but us adults couldn't relax in the hot tub as there was small children thinking it was a jungle jim and was doing flips in there.

Arrived at 3:50. Check in begins at 3. We were told our room wasn’t quite ready (maintenance was there now working on the key pad for room entry. At 4:40 my family and all luggage was still standing in the lobby waiting for our room. I asked for another room a few time and was denied. At 4:45 maintenance and house keeping comes to the front desk and talks to the attendant. Our room was still not ready. I’m his is not acceptable to leave a customer and family waiting for 50 minutes while numerous other people checked in. I again asked for a different room and finally get one. This is in acceptable

In town for a very short period, so didn’t get to explore much. However the hotel met my families needs!

This hotel was clean, spacious, had nice amenities including Dove hand soap and lotion in the rooms. Our beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the pool.
