Holiday Inn Express And Suites Eau Claire West I-94, an IHG Hotel

We picked this location because it was centrally located for our family to meet from three different locations. Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived. Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, and clean would be an understatement. After Saturday breakfast our group gathered in the eating area to work on a charity project, we were welcomed to do so and had wonderful conversations with several staff members as we worked on stuff for the next 6 hours or so. My mother although a wonderful lady always has a comment or two, she did nothing but rave about every aspect of our stay. She talked to several staff members thanking them for the friendliness of the staff, but the cleanliness of the entire hotel. They all thanked her and said how much pride they take in their job. Wow and than you for everything. We will be back.

Very accommodating to UWEC afternoon tour--able to checkin very early to settle then 1:30-4:30pm College tour with end at hotel --very good and exceptional hosting of our family tour of potential college

No exhaust fan for shower. Extremely comfortable bed. Very noisy at night with doors slamming loudly and people and children yelling and running in halls. Front desk people were excellent.

The building and the staff were amazing. Beds were not very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends and family
