Friendly and helpful staff. Arrived into town early, thought I would have to check my luggage. To my surprise and pleasure room was available early. Great breakfast buffet. Elected for room to be serviced every third day. My was missed but staff was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The lady at check in was so kind and willing to help. The roof top bar was great too. No pool, but the kids still enjoyed walking around downtown. We'd stay again.

A wonderfully renovated property in the heart of downtown Eau Claire — and extraordinarily quiet. Happened to be there the weekend of Country Jam, largest country-music festival in the US, and once inside the room, it was so quiet we slept like babies. Perfectly clean, great coffee shop downstairs, and a stylish restaurant/bar with indoor seating and a lovely deck. The wi-fi was fast, the staff was congenial, and the rooms were spacious. The attached city-owned parking garage is REALLY showing its age (a little unnerving to see the way it's been shored-up), but we got as many validation tickets as we needed.
