Lots of space for our group. Comfortable clean and loved the layout of our room as well. We had the king size bedroom with attached room with living room and 4 chair table. Large one bedroom apartment, perfect for adding beds and large family.

We were assigned to a room looking out I-5 close by. It was noisy for me. I'm a light sleeper.
I asked them to give me a difficult room and had a very quiet room. The staff were very prompt and nice. The rooms, beddings, and towels are all new and clean!
We'll recommend to my family and friends.

Very disappointed in the check in, no doors were working and the security was super tight. Once checked into our room we couldn’t connect to the WiFi. Calling the front next no one answered after numerous attempts. Went dow stairs a couple times and couldn’t find the receptionist. The tv guide didn’t align with the channels and could only get 3 channels to work. The toilet handle was broken off and wouldn’t flush. Called the front desk again and no reply. Had to manually flush the toilet then it wouldn’t stop running. Very bad experience. The pool hours were open till 9 but from 7-10 there was over 15 “kids” in the pool and hot tub.

Mid level stay at best. Rooms are a decent size, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is horrible and below even la Quinta standards. Kicked my 8 year old out of the breakfast area at 6:30am because he didn’t have shoes on when he came downstairs, I’ve never had that happen at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Front desk could use some training on bedside manners, however she was knowledgeable. Overall not a place I’d recommend if you are traveling with your family.

This property is unkept and falsely advertised. Outside the property is unsafe and the restaurant/bar are not open as stated. My family and I would never stay here or recommend.

We booked 1st floor because we have two small dogs. We got floor 7. Potty trips were fun. Took our pups for a shower, shower head broken. Unable to blow dry shivering fur babies as the hair dryer was also broken. Ready for sleep, door deadbolt was broken. Best part, LOUD freeway traffic noise. When wife brought these things to the attention of reception, was told nothing could be done as room was booked through a third party (Expedia). Poor way to run a pet-friendly hotel!

Stayed one night with our family. We had two rooms. One room had filthy bed linens: hair strands all over the bed sheets, bed covers, and pillow cases. Bathroom had hair on the floor. Bathroom door did not close properly.
We spoke with front desk to request either new linens or move to a new room. Front desk clerk advised that housekeeping was not available as the staff had gone home for the day. Was able to move to another room at 11pm.
Surrounding area had a tent encampment. The parking lot had two vehicle thefts during the night we arrived.

This was an interesting stay as we booked based on proximity to Seattle, closeness to interstate 5, and the outside appearance of the hotel. The hotel’s exterior was more updated than the interior.
This is a multi-story hotel with conference rooms and a large, nice-looking restaurant. The condition of the rooms looked old and not well-kept when compared to these factors. Breakfast was really good and done in the restaurant area which had ample seating.
Our biggest concern was the area around the hotel-it’s just scary. Multiple homeless people were everywhere, and a broken-down RV trailer was parked behind the hotel (we had a view of the people living there from our room).
When we arrived, there were multiple signs reminding people to get all belongings from their cars, and the front door to the hotel was even locked. A guest had to let us in to the hotel lobby to even check-in.
I’m sure all if this is for the safety of guests, but a hotel should be a relaxing stay away from home without having to worry about the crime. I usually wake up early and start packing the car, but we waited and loaded our car as a family so as to watch each others backs so we could get away unscathed, We won’t be staying here again.
