Great room for the price. Absolutely huge (had a corner room). Pretty outdated in terms of decor, bathroom, in-room amenities, etc. Seems the elevators are coming up on needing to be updated. 3 elevators and only one seemed to be functional. Front desk was absolutely fantastic! So friendly and helpful. They were dealing with a rude patron and handled it beautifully while we were checking in. For my ‘needs-to-be-freezing-to-sleep’ folks, THIS IS THE PLACE. AC went down to 62, couple this with opening the windows and getting that amazing PNW breeze, I slept like a baby. NHL/NFL fans: they have every channel. Was able to catch the London game and all the early morning games, too. Felt safe, parking was a breeze. Highly recommend.

In incredibly “eh” experience for the price point. The hotel is used for almost every social occasion in Tacoma and everything is just weird. The rooms are awkwardly designed, the lighting is weird (random bright red lamps in our room”, the complimentary breakfast might as well be a cardboard box with ketchup, and the staff is very nice but spacey and always seem confused. On top of it all we were charged and extra unauthorized $271.13 for a “no show” fee when we specifically told the hotel we were going to check in late to make a stop and visit family. All around a very weird experience and we WONT be back.

We had to pay for parking overnight and our car window was smashed while there- so they don’t provide a secure parking lot but you’re forced to pay when staying there. Will never stay there again and will let friends and family know it is not a safe place

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking was safe and accessible. We had dinner at the restaurant, which offered a kid-friendly menu. The price was reasonable, given the convenience of eating onsite. The restaurant staff stole the show. The hostess and servers were phenomenal. Very professional and thoughtful.

Lobby smells great, is updated and clean. Room smelled like smoke. Beds are SMALL (full size NOT queen). Restaurant and Bar has food and drinks. Bar was closed Friday night due to shortage of staff. Clean and plenty of options. Staff very friendly We were on 19th floor and thought it was weird windows opened and NO screens. Not safe if you have younger kids. Parking on site, limited, but close to building. Nice easy walk to multiple places to eat. Easy to I5 and use of Tram if wanted

I always stay here when I’m in town as I have family and friends in the area. I love the decor, the bar, the restaurant and the staff are helpful. I would appreciate being put on the patron floor more often and parking this time was too full and I had to park on the street. Thank you for my complimentary drinks!

The front desk customer service was good. The lobby area is nice. However, the rooms felt rundown. Definitely does not meet 4 star bar. The USB ports next to the bed on the nightstand were convenient. Overall didn’t feel very kid-friendly. Wish the restaurant BITE had more options.

this was a very friendly stay. My children and I are comfortable. There was any dirty towel in the bathroom and noise from the neighboring room. Overall was very good stay.

Booked a double queen bed room for my wife and her sister to attend a wedding. The facility changed to a king bed with a roll away bed because overbooked. They were told no extra pillows or blankets were available for the bed either due to shortages. The Tv, refrigerator, and the iron in room didn't work. The bathroom Sink drain was clogged at check in. The Room and hallway had multiple pictures of breast and a hallway display cabinet of fakes, too much for kids. They were told it was "Art Work " When my wife tried to complain she was told there is "No available manager on site to talk to". They only offered a one time food voucher for the snack bar as compensation for the inconvenience, a "$20.00" value. Power outage for 1 hour only on their floor. The facility was over crowded messy and not the cleanest. Snack bar not well stocked. When she inquired about it she was told they hadn't received a shipment in a while. Added to all of this was the mandatory $100.00 per night incidentals charge required at check-in that we were not aware of. When using a debit card or a credit card, these fees are charged immediately at check-in but and are not refunded until after 7 days from checkout. So they are makings money on your money in their account until they release it? Unfortunately this hotel was the recommended site due to the location and proximity to the wedding venue, walking distance. After paying $30.00 to park the rental car, there were no available spots, they curb parked.

The building looks like a 4 star hotel. This place is a very solid 1 star from the customer service, and cleanliness and upkeep. Our first room had a large bag with weed and used condoms in it, the whole room smelled really weird, not even a weed smell. They put us in a different room but still on the same floor, which theme was bare breasts, artwork (really bad for some reason) in the hallway and in our room. Our young kids definitely noticed them. We left the hotel because they kept randomly shutting off the power, hot water, and heater for days in 30 degree weather even though other hotels were fine. In the hallway of the hotel on the main floor, leaves blew in from outside and they left them there for two days. They are very unclear with the parking situation, I believe parking should be free, it’s not their parking lot you’re parking in.
