The bed was fine but way too high! At 5ft tall, I could barely get up! How do kids manage? I'm guessing by taking a flying leap!

Everything was great to fit our needs. Didn't realize so many families with kids would monopolize the pool and spa area as a source of entertainment with screaming and splashing so didn't get in a relaxing jacuzzi time after a long drive but I had small ones once so totally understand. Cleanliness and service was outstanding.

The pool was open all night, we didn't have to check in & rush to dinner before letting our son swim. My family & I absolutely loved this place.

Not bad the breakfast was awesome and the pool and hot tub were clean. The rooms weren't too shabby. The beds were pretty uncomfortable but I mean if it's not your bed are you really sleeping comfortably lol It was pretty busy, lots of kids because there was some baseball and basketball tournaments going on. A little noisy at night because of the street it's on. It was a nice stay tho we enjoyed it.

The staff (Kayla in particular) were very accomodating in arranging our room with our family's other rooms. Breakfast was a nice perk and was good. The mini-fridge in our room (214) was too cold, even at medium setting, and froze and ruined the food we brought.

Very nice place. Best sleep we had on our whole road trip. The hot tub was hit and functioning which is rare these days, and the pool wasn't ice cold. Breakfast was good. Many options to choose from. Front desk staff gave all necessary information, was nice, and offered the kids cookies that they put out for guests. Rooms were very spacious and room and hallway all spelt clean. I would absolutely stay here if in the area again.

I found it strange that this has been the only hotel where my husband couldn’t check us in on my behalf. He has the same last name and resides at the same address. The night front staff insisted I come in and show my ID to check in. I of course was in the van with sleeping children. I guess in future I could write that my husband can also check us in, but I thought it was odd since we have always been able to check in no issues.

This is a standard hotel experience with one bad exception, the pool & hot tub area. We were excited to see the pool was open 24 hours and our kids couldn’t wait to jump in after our long day. Unfortunately, upon entering the area, the chlorine was so incredibly strong our eyes immediately started burning. We opened a door to the outside to let it “air” out but it only helped if we were outside. Our son tried swimming but pretty soon could not control the coughing from the chemical vapors. We asked the front desk clerk about it and she said she has worked here for 5 years and it’s always been that way! Even the lobby & hallways smell of bleach. If they had better ventilation and/or reduced the concentration of chlorine, a much better experience could be had for sure.
