We enjoyed our stay here I had myself and 4 kids, our room was clean and we got breakfast in the morning that was so good and we went swimming all around great time here and had great customer service

Hotel smells like cigarettes/vapes. Can’t sleep the curtains don’t close and street lights so bright look s like middle of the day. Tried to take kids to the pool, some type of team of ten year old boys were staying at the hotel screaming so loud and we couldn’t even be there for 5 mins.

The hotel is very clean with breakfast included with our stay. The staff are very friendly and the location of the hotel is very convenient. We chose to not stay in downtown Spokane but we can find everything we needed close to the hotel. Our kids love the pool and had a great time.

I had 4 grandchildren for a weekend get together. Every staff member we had contact with was not only friendly but engaging with the girls. We felt very welcome!

I stayed in this hotel while visiting family in the area. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. It felt like a safe place for a woman traveling alone. The only drawback is the wi-fi. I was not able to connect with wi-fi while I was there.

Love this hotel!! The people are amazing! We use this hotel every time we visit our son at Whitworth. Dog friendly, family friendly , awesome breakfast.

My only complaint would be that the tv channels were not great. My kiddo wanted to watch something while we got ready in the morning and there wasn't anything on he could watch. A lot of channels were locked. Maybe offer streaming services if you don't want to pay for cable or satellite tv. Otherwise we had an awesome stay!
