This is a great hotel! I stay here as it is close to family, but the hotel is very clean and everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. It's home away from home.

This hotel is to due for a renovation. However, they kept the room neat and tidy. The TV is a little small.
The A/C was surprisingly quiet and worked well.
Enjoyed the sink outside the bathroom.
Nice touch adding Darigold chocolate milks, yogurt tubes, and a selection of packaged pastries, on top of the expected DIY waffles with whipped cream, eggs and bacon.
We stayed in #408 on the highway side for 2 nights. It was quiet and we slept through the night with our children.
Definitely time for a reno though!

We have stayed here various times during COVID as it was close to my sons Dr appts, BUT this time i was so extremely happy about seeing they had dairy free milk and snacks for kids during breakfast as my son has allergies to milk and egg! Seeing this made me extremely happy!

We chose to stay here while a family member recovered from a medical procedure because it was close to the surgery center. I wasn't expecting the JW Marriott, it's a Best Western, after all. But the staff was warm and responsive, the included breakfast buffet was better than most (bacon!), the room was clean and included everything its online description said it would. There are numerous interesting restaurants within walking distance (Mexican, Vietnamese, African, Hawaiian, Korean, Japanese), and even more within a short drive. If I needed to overnight in this area again, I would return to the Best Western.

Overall, very good value, the breakfast was truly great. The major shortcoming for us with kids is we booked the property a long ways from our destination expressly based on the availability of an outdoor pool and included breakfast. Unfortunately, no note was made of the pool being closed for the season during booking. Had we known that, would have booked another property. Otherwise, was a very good value property, the pool season information just needs to be clearly posted for those booking.

The pool was closed on the hottest day Seattle has seen this year. They didn’t even have outdoor furniture to sit on if you wanted.
Check in is at 4pm, we arrived at 5:30pm and were told our room was not ready. They said they were short staffed in the housekeeping department. We said, no problem can you just put us in a different room. The front desk said no, because they were sold out for the night. I said, I understand but clearly everyone can’t be checked in yet. I was told everyone had already checked in. So we waited in the lobby with our 2 year old for 35 minutes. While waiting we watched 3 different people/families check in.
