Great place to stay, call first to confirm the pool and hot tub are open. We got there and they were both closed and had been for two months. It would’ve been nice to know since a pool is a must have in my family.

Multiple options for food within walking distance. Very close to where I needed to go for the weekend while in town. Friendly and efficient service from hotel staff. Great accommodations for the price. I highly recommend this hotel for a good value and a nice place to stay with family and or friends.

The room was clean and comfortable and the location is convenient for a stopover. Unfortunately, one of the main attractions for our kids was the pool area (looked great on the website). The pool is very small and was too cold for swimming. The hot tub is closed indefinitely and the drinking fountains were out of order. Lastly, the restaurant and bar weren’t open on a Saturday evening.

We always stay here when visiting family in Bothell. We like the convenient location to local restaurants but we were disappointed to find that the usual excellent breakfast has been downgraded substantially regarding what was available.

My husband and I stayed for a weekend. Although we made the reservation one month in advance, when we reached our room, there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. The rest of our room was fine - plenty of room for two and despite the proximity to the highway, we heard no noise during our stay. We had a 50/50 experience with the staff as well. One desk clerk was very friendly and another obviously didn't want to be bothered by anyone. The location was covenient for the family gathering we attended, but the hotel has limited accessibility from both the highway and the rest of the town. If we had to stay in Bothell again, we might give them another try.
