The overall stay was great. The room was great and the kids got the pool to themselves which they loved. The only problem we had was with the restaurant. They are way understaffed so it wasn’t the severs fault but we got barely any service and I didn’t even receive my children’s drink until we got our food and I didn’t even get my drink until we were already done eating. I never complain but I did talk to the front desk lady that was working that night and she was great.

It was right in downtown parking is not free but it was very convenient to have the parking garage. The hotel is very nice and beautiful, breakfast was good the room was nice and clean, pool and hot tub were great too a little smaller than expected but kids really had a blast, we enjoyed our stay will definitely be coming back and staying here again.

Our family had the best time in Seattle! The staff at the Hilton were fantastic. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant downstairs. 10/10 stay!

Spring break vacation with the grands. Very expensive splurge for us. Picture of the pool so deceiving. very tiny, 3 feet deep. kids disappointed. $1,000 for 3 nights and upon leaving found out it was $190 to park our car in their garage. no mention of that at all.

Mostly not happy with this hotel and won’t be staying here any longer due to from desk costumer service at the time we arrived, the receptionist this young Asian lady needs to be given a little more costumer service classes as I run 4 different business and to me my most important part is the first welcoming to my clients regardless of how they look or what are they wearing or what race they are apparently this isn’t the case for her, I was on my work clothes and haven’t felt so uncomfortable in a long time but thanks to her she did the job, I saw how she helped other well dress guests compare to how she help me and my kids, unfortunately this review I doubt it gets anywhere but at least somehow I feel a relieve by letting someone know, on top of that she wanted to double charge me when I had already paid through orbits got me waiting there until her coworker finally told her that YES it was already paid, when we finally got the okay for the room she gets mad because I didn’t want to pay $67 to park on their garage when right next to them there is a huge parking garage where I paid $7 for the whole day and night. Anyways looking forward to not saying here in my future trips to downtown Seattle.

I booked two rooms for my family. When arriving the employee that checked us in was not friendly and not welcoming at all. FYI Parking overnight was almost $60.00 for one car. I asked prior to my arrival for a baby crib or pack and play, I had to request it again and received a broken one where the leg it stands on was broken and not attached and received with zero extra blankets or sheets and no extra in the room. When calling down for more I waited an hour after requesting and not receiving them and went to lobby to request again and was handed a blanket from the unfriendly checkin employee.

The room was very nice and the beds extremely comfortable. Bathroom was good. Shower wasn't very strong. The Swimming Pool was a bit of a joke - really only usable for kids. Depth 3' to 3' 5". Bottom of pool was rough, easy to scrape your feet on the bottom if you tried to swim! Hot tub was nice. Does not mention that it has a hot tub anywhere, but it does. Fan was noisy intermittently. We ended up turning it off and that worked fine. Hotel was okay, staff was great, but I probably wouldn't stay there again, mainly because there was nothing special about the place and the pool was a joke. If you don't care about those things, it is a good hotel. Again, the bed was very comfortable!

My family had planned to go visit Seattle for Spring break and made reservations originally at another Hotel but when we arrived it was nothing like what I saw on the website. I was so disgusted and refused to stay there so after calling around an d reserved a room. Room was clean it I was disappointed that there is no vent/fan in the bathroom. When you go to the restroom you need a fan. I was hoping to get to try the restaurant downstairs but each time we went they were closed or didn’t want to serve my family even if it was 30 minutes to close. It was about an average stay and definitely better than the Nexus Hotel.
