I was super impressed with our room #24 - we loved the high ceilings, cozy vibes how it was decorated and the amenities of a fridge with a freezer and a microwave. Also coffee maker there. I loved being able to just check in with a code that was sent two days before we got there which was amazing as I didn't have to worry about it. The best was super super comfy - we slept like babies.

I really want to give this place a 4 star review. We stayed in the Barracuda room on the bottom floor for 3 nights. The kitchen, pool table and big screen tv were wonderful. We had two kids and a dog and it was wide open for them to run and play. However, we could hear our upstairs neighbors walk around like they were walking an entire marathon. The floor boards creaked with every step. Every toilet flush, every footstep, and almost every word. They area surrounding was perfect and very walkable to grab a bite or go to the beach. We would stay again if we didn’t have anyone above us.

What this place lacks on outside with appearances makes up for it on the inside! We said in units #1 & 2. Place was clean and had great charm. Lots of room. There is some long steep stairs so anyone with young kids or older guests may want to skip this one. Quite and centralized area. Would stay again

Love it here. Great place to bring the family. Close to the beach. Plus cant beat having your own pool table. Will stay again. This is our 2nd time staying here.

The place was fantastic for our family. My sister from Oklahoma was amazed by the site and surrounding environment.

This place is great for a couple or a family. Clean self serve style free laundry available on site close to everything and a great management group. I have stayed at several properties in the area never disappoints. Just wish they had A/C

Pros - It was roomy, we got the bigger unit so we had 3 rooms in our unit, 1 king size bed in a bedroom with its own bathroom, 1 king size bed in the living room with a 75in tv with netflix etc, and another room with a kitchen and pool table. and next to each bed they provided us with earplugs. there was a party/dance floor lighting setup in the living room as well attached to the ceiling. We were right in the middle of town so we could walk to everything. Cons -No ocean view, The deck outside was a smoking section and connected to the dog lawn, the pool table was not level, the interior had bad paint, poorly executed craftsmanship, and uneven flooring. There was zero noise cancellation between units and we suffered a child running laps around the unit above us. Due to the check-in process being fully automated there was no front desk which might also be a pro, but it also means that when someone isnt sure where the entry point is you get people using their entry code on your door. They cant get in if its locked but it still gives you a scare.

Nice for family

I was not expecting to see a spacious 3-queen bed room. We are a party of 5 (3 adults and 2 big kids). I thought it was just a motel. Surprisingly, it is better than many hotels! Very clean room, updated, easy check-in. Very nice actually! Beds and pillows are comfortable. It has big table for dining. Very convenient as it’s close to restaurants and beach. Yes still very quiet.
