Best Western Plus Aberdeen

Booked through Expedia, room was unavailable according to the hotel, so 1 of the 5 of us slept on the floor as there was no roll aways or other bed option. We asked for extra blankets and pillows and got 1 pillow and the top blanket that cover the actual blankets on the beds. After the 1st shower we noticed water on the floor outside of the bathrooms but thought one of the kids tracked water in from the pool. However, after the 3rd shower the entire floor was wet and we used the remaining towels top sop up the water and make a barrier around the closet door and shower corner. By the way, the tile used in the entry way is VERY slick when wet… I think we got the last available room for a reason…but maybe not for $230/night.

Have stayed here many times and it is the only clean, warm and welcoming place to stay in town that has a lobby and indoor entrance. Safe & kid friendly. Pets are welcome too, but I think you need to arrange that in advance... Always clean, staff always friendly, food is basic, but fresh. Elevator great, especially for my Dad who cannot do stairs anymore. Pool and hot tub always ready to go. Right in the middle of shopping & food. Not a far walk to downtown either. Everything you see on the website is exactly how it is. The only place I stay in Aberdeen ,WA

Great,convenient place to stay BUT the pathway between the hotel and the river was a mess !!. Full of garbage and homeless people. Absolutely not safe for families to walk on the path 20 feet away from the hotel.

Beds and pillows very comfortable, pool had a small selection of pool toys/noodles which was awesome. Breakfast had a great selection and the warm options varied a little every day, even my picky kids found stuff they liked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a great 4 day stay

Staff was so-so. Area around hotel had many transient people. 2 car windows broken my during the late hour. Not recommended for children. Room was nice & clean. Trains pass right by hotel - very noisy. Breakfast only. No good restaurants within walking distance

The staff was phenomenal, accommodating and kind from check in to check out. They were extremely kind to my children also. The hotel was very clean, modern and spacious. My birthday was on the Fourth of July, and they actually brought me a cupcake to celebrate with me. Will definitely be recommending to others, and staying there again at some point in the future.

#1: the staff were exceptional. Check-in was fast and easy. The front desk staff were ALWAYS friendly, professional, and helpful. Every staff member we met was friendly and polite. We stayed during a busy sold-out summer weekend, and the staff handled everything/everyone with a smile. The lady managing the breakfast buffet hustled so much and keep everything stocked and everyone happy - all with a smile and a friendly comment. #2: the entire property was very clean and well-maintained. All public areas were very clean, and our room was spotless. #3: we had a double-Queen “suite” with a separate sitting area, and the room felt very spacious, even with 2 adults and 2 kids! We will definitely be coming back….

We stayed overnight for a beach trip! Easy check in, great location, comfortable beds, grab and go breakfast was muffin, granola bar, water, juice and fruit,which was perfect for my kiddos. We would definitely stay again. Pool was closed due to covid but we didnt mind cause we swam in the ocean.

I loved the daytime staffs great attitude. And customer service skills. The night guy was very rude and to me on multiple occasions and he told me that my brother could not come in to see his own kids. I hope that this is looked into
