What a wonderful place. Room is quiet, clean and spacious. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of options and staff is very friendly. Stayed 4 days and enjoyed our family gatherings because we were well-rested. Will go back!

This place was perfect for a quick stopover for a very early appt in Tacoma. We had two adults and a child as well as a service dog. Staff were excellent and attentive. Rooms and facility was clean and in a safe area.

We liked the welcoming staff, pet-friendliness, easy parking, and excellent breakfast. Most of the bed pillows were much too hard, and the single elevator a little slow at times. But we like this place and will stay again when we come to visit family.

All i can say is WOW - My son and I absolutely love it here!! He's almost 4 and the entire staff gives him the WARMEST welcomes every time we visit, this hotel truly cares about each and every guest and give SUCH high quality, genuine service! We feel like family every time we enter the front doors. I cannot say enough about how much we love staying here, I would never take my boy and I anywhere else when visiting the Harbor! 😊

Very dirty rooms, stained curtains, no cold water. Rude cleaning staff. They don’t vacuum the floors because we found a pill on the floor in the 2nd room they put us in saying it would be cleaner. My toddler could have died had she been the one to find the pill! They gave me a receipt for a full refund so I’d leave and then told Hotels.com they’d only refund one night. Stay away from this dump!
