This is an amazing hotel with so much history and charm! It’s always a pleasure to visit. We stayed there to visit with with family and had a wonderful New Year’s Eve meal at the Regency! Wonderful! Our server, Caleb, was outstanding. A very memorable night!

My kids loved the pool! The hotel and surrounding grounds are beautiful! We thought the beds and pillows would be more comfortable, but it certainly wasn’t a dealbreaker!

Such a historical and beautiful hotel. This was our second time staying here and the first at New Year’s. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Our kids had a blast ordering (delicious) room service, seeing all the decorated Christmas trees, taking the shuttle from the parking lot with the super nice driver, and walking across the very convenient bridge into downtown Roanoke. THR would definitely be our first choice when visiting the area again!
