Great location, the room was comfortable and clean, the staff was super friendly, and we had an overall great experience. Access to/from the parking lot with one's luggage is not the "easiest," so if you're traveling with kids/pets/considerable luggage, be ready to burn some calories! It was unfortunate to see the amount of homeless in the areas surrounding the hotel; when taking our dog out at night we saw it at its peak.

We stayed with my two kids in a king sofa-bed room. The room was ample and looked reasonably clean. There were no pillows for the sofa-bed. We requested them on arrival, but they never made it the first night. The next day, we requested them again, twice. They sent us pillows that didn't look very clean and later, the cases. Breakfast is OK for a short stay. Parking is very convenient in the building. The area around the hotel is nice with market street steps away.
