I have a beautiful time & felt comfortable visiting with my family at da hotel

Our family only stayed here for 1 night but we liked it. We love the big roomie suites with almost a full kitchen. Staff were wonderful. They were welcoming, helpful, and very respectful. Facility is nice and clean.

Very convenient property. My only negative is that noise travels between floors. We apparently had a family with little kids running back and forth in the room above us and it sounded like a herd horses coming through the ceiling.

We specifically reserved a room with a tub so our toddler could have a bath. When we checked in there were none available. We only found out the pool was closed upon attempting to go to it. Even though the pool has been closed for several weeks we received no notification of this. If we had we would have chosen another hotel since it was a necessity for our family. The breakfast provided was inedible. The state of the actual room was horrendous. The faucet is not connected properly to the sink. It lifts completely every time you use it. The grout of the shower was disintegrating, making a mess whenever the shower was used. The curtain in the room did not open either. We found a lighter under the bed, a serious safety concern with a toddler.

The customer service is top tier. The night shift staff five stars for sure. We were greeted with a smile and even had treats for the kids. Overall the stay was amazing and hotel was very accommodating.

Room had some small damages but it was very clean, only 2 towels for a family of 5 checking in at 1 am not the best but staff were friendly and helpful

I have to be honest, we stay at a lot of Hilton properties and this was a step Down from standards. The bedding on the beds was not very comfortable. Blanket felt rough and very thin. The rooms were big which was great for a family of 6. Breakfast was not great, with not a ton of options and when they rand out of something it was not refilled. I would not be back to this property. The staff was great and super friendly- best part of the experience.

This hotel was definitely underwhelming. We have stayed with this chain multiple times in the past and have been very pleased this one not so much. Considering the price of this hotel I expected the same experience. The girls at check in were very nice. But the hotel overall was very cheap feeling. The room wasnt the cleanest with stuff running down the walls in the bathroom and the shower wasnt completely clean. The rooms look new but the beds were very uncomfortable. We went to the pool where there were no towels. Had to go to the front desk 4 times and still had to share towels. Not in the control of the hotel but there were way to many people at the pool which was cold, adults couldn't even use the hot tub because so many kids that werent being supervised. The breakfast looked like it was being served out of a small closet, with all of the people it was extremely crowded so we just left and purchased breakfast somewhere. The wall are extremely thin. So much that we could hear the tv of the person staying in the room beside us. We would definitely not stay here again, definitely disappointed spending almost $250 and having an underwhelming experience.

Over all we enjoyed our stay, the rooms are great set up for larger families and has plenty of dishes and love the larger fridge and freezer. We did have a loud group/party that had kids running the halls till after 10pm but staff must have intervened because it stopped and after that was quiet. Breakfast was delicious with tons of options. The only real complaint I have is that the couch that converts to a bed is the most uncomfortable thing to sleep on. Only one extra pillow is provided for this "bed" you are basically sleeping on springs with a small thin covering over them. Staff were very welcoming and kind during our stay. The staff who kept up with the breakfast buffet were amazing!!!
