We recently stayed at the SpringHills Suites Glen Allen Richmond, VA for a family event, and our experience was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the service at check-in was exceptional, and we were even accommodated with a late check-out without any hassle. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds provided a comfortable night's sleep after a long day of activities. The complimentary breakfast offered a delicious spread that satisfied our appetites, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. Moreover, the hospitality shown by the staff was truly grand, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Overall, our time at the SpringHills Suites Glenn Allen was memorable, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Richmond, VA. Thank you for a delightful experience.

I booked the place and paid for the room one month before my stay. When I got there, I was told they were overbooked and didn’t have any room for me. My family and I were forced to looked for another place with no help on their end. No notifications were sent before our arrival. We were very disappointed.

The reason I gave three stars for the Staff & Service is that: at the breakfast I asked in polite way (Ms. Walker) to warm up the milk for my kid and she refused and answered me in rude way " I cannot warmed up food for gusset due to health issue because this is hotel police" I need to ask if she warming up sausage , egg, and biscuit and offer them!!! Is this acceptable Mr. Manager??? However, the front desk staff were very nice and cooperative.

Our room had several mishaps. First, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I did not sleep at all. Second, the TV in one of our rooms broke and slowed up our movie night we planned for the children. They didn't come until hours later to fix it. They left all our personal belongings that was on the TV stand on the floor. The water pressure in the rooms were horrible. Denise from the front desk was nice and willing to give us a night for free, but could not because we booked through hotels.com. I will be contacting them for accommodations.

This hotel does not offer a separate bedroom. It is referred to as a separate bedroom but there is no door and it’s one of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever been in. Everything is in one room. I would not really if traveling with teenage children.

Dirty room, filthy bedding set, and shouldn't be part of Marriott family of hotels. The breakfast is disgusting and did not have any water.

From check in to check out it was amazing. Great staff. The room was huge and clean. Enjoyed the pool, fitness area and 24 hr market. Breakfast in the morning. An awesome hotel. Would stay here again. My kids are still talking about it!

The room was a bit dingy and the air unbelievably dry and uncomfortable. We could hear kids running in the halls late into the night though I suppose that is not the hotels fault. The pool was empty. The staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast was varied and hot. I’m not sure it was worth the price but I guess for the area it’s pretty good.

We went for our daughter 14th birthday, kids running around the hotel unsupervised, playing on elevators and throwing footballs in small pool. Caused our daughter and her friends to leave area early. No parental guides anywhere.
