This hotel was very convenient to our tournament site. The common area was nice, and the grab and go breakfast worked well for us this trip. My child enjoyed the pool. I appreciated the 24 hour fresh coffee availability. Laundry facilities would have been nice for all of the athletes I saw staying here. Our bathroom floor was not sufficiently cleaned, but the rest of the room was in good shape. You can hear a lot through the walls and ceilings; not enough insulation/sound proofing in the building!

Stopped here to spend the night on the way home from a family trip. Was very clean, included breakfast, was in a safe area and relatively cheap. I would highly recommend. Customer service was top notch!

Awesome hotel. Great location, bed and pillows were amazing. It was very quiet! Ample eating places near by. Front desk staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Will stay there again as well as recommend it to friends and family.

We wanted to stay at a reasonably priced hotel for one night on our way home from a trip to see family. We liked everything about avid hotel: close to I-95, room for laying out two suitcases, the blackout shades to keep outside lights from coming through the window, the minimalist decor, the cleanliness, the STEP-IN shower (instead of step-over tub), the filtered water dispenser right down the hall next to the ice machine, the quick and simply breakfast options, the 24-hour grind-and-brew coffee, and the VERY friendly staff! About the only thing that could be improved are the "Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches"--I was expecting it to be on an English muffin or similar but it was just egg and filling (I should have put it on toast!) We'll look for another avid hotel the next time we travel anywhere.

The hotel was surprisingly nice. We were not familiar with the area and it was safe and easily accessible. The room was warm when we first arrived but cooled off quickly. The indoor pool was perfect for my kids, especially since it was drizzling outside and they were able to swim anyway. Breakfast was great, had many selections, and the layout made it accessible by many people at once. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

There were kids in the hotel running around, yelling at each other and being rambunctious at 9:30pm while I was checking in making it very uncomfortable for us. The girl working the front desk did not say anything to them. The only microwave in the building is downstairs in the lobby so we weren’t able to heat the food we’d brought. The breakfast set out in the morning was very disappointing as well.. no bagels, orange juice dispenser needed to be changed. Honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve had in a while.

We arrived here late at night, woke up Saturday did our thing went back Saturday evening to pure chaos. Children running screaming pillows thrown everywhere.Then took my kids to the pool which was so slippery it was dangerous, and a big group of kids came in screaming and throwing footballs around hitting us so we left. The lobby was a mad house adults being loud kids running from one end to the other, we were trying to quietly play cards with family. Sunday morning we woke up back to chaos. Breakfast fed only the baseball teams that were there the breakfast sandwich’s were never refilled. The kids were back to screaming and playing tag. No one stepped up and corrected them. I will never return. I spent $300 on a giant headache

My family and I were very please with this hotel. It was very clean, easy to access from highway. Had a few eating choices nearby. The sataff was super friendly and helpful I also enjoyed the pool and exercise room. We will be using them again
