I’d give it a 5 star review but at 4:30AM something with the AC unit broke and made an ear piercing noise. It wouldn’t stop until it turned off. Our whole family was woken up by it. They didn’t have anyone to fix it during that hour. Other than that it’s a really nice facility.

I loved this hotel. The room had two queen beds and a queen fold out bed which fit my family of 5 perfectly. They had the good channels on the tv and was even playing Bluey in the breakfast room during breakfast. Super kid friendly and we look forward to staying there again. Breakfast was amazing and the coffee was phenomenal.

I gave a 4 star, only because we had a family above us that kids were running and jumping into the late hours. Thankfully, they slept until 8am before it all started again. It would be great to put families on the bottom floors so this wouldn't keep other guests up.

The property and staff were fine, but the pool was way too small for the number of families that stay there. No pool towels available. They also wouldn’t let me check in early even though the room was ready because I wasn’t a member of the repeat guest program. If you don’t want my business unless i join your program - fine I won’t give it to you

We got snowed in and weren’t able to travel home and needed to find a quick place to stay for the night. It was a nice room! The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the breakfast the next morning was perfect to send us on our way. I needed to grab an extra blanket and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Clean and comfortable hotel with great staff and a great breakfast. The pool was warm and there was actually enough towels for everyone. The only negative was the sidewalks were so icy that I was terrified the kids would slip and fall on the way to the car.

We like that our rooms were clean. The staff were friendly. We are traveled with kids yet they were comfortable. everything was close by. It was very convenient.

Great overall experience, quiet are which is great for kids and the pool and hot tub were great, rooms were quiet and clean, breakfast was very good.
