When we showed up we ordered a family suite. When we go into the room we saw wood chips in front of the sink drawers when we opened them there was a mouse. We instantly called the front desk and they moved us to another room. In the other room there was food/finger smears all over the microwave. Normally we dont express our concerns with hotels, but then the next morning at breakfast one of the staff members was mean to me and my family. Very disappointed. Even after the mouse incident i am supprised no one reached out to see if they could at least remidie the situation.

Floor in thr room had not been vacuumed. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. Bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have slept on. 100 credit card fee for an unclean room is ridiculous. Folded down the bedding, hair in it. Tried to relax in the hot tub...luke warm. Lady yelling the f word at her toddler at 6 am. Overall terrible. Will never stay again.

The swimming pool was too cold and so was the hot tub. We stayed there primarily because my kids wanted to swim but they didn't swim that long because it was so cold. We might try it one more time but if it's still that cold we wouldn't stay again. Everything else was wonderful.

Just fine. Fairly noisy. I could hear snoring in the next room. Someone smoking pot somewhere that filled the stairwell the first night and the hallway the next. You could smell it in the entry! Breakfast was good. Waffle variety, eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes. Clean eating area. The pool seemed nice. Didn’t use it but saw many families taking advantage of it. Central location. Easy off and on freeway. Located right next to it but our room was in the middle of the hotel so we didn’t hear any traffic.

The staff was excellent to work with even when the fire alarm went off because the team of kids upstairs were playing ball in the hall and broke a sprinkler.

For business travel, I typically stay at 3-star hotels that are close to work, offer a comfortable room, free wifi/breakfast, and ideally have a nice fitness area. On this recent visit, my family traveled with me, so having a 2 bedroom suite at a reasonable price was my main criteria. The Best Western hit most of these for me, and for those willing to overlook the wear in some areas of the hotel, this is a great place to stay.
Pros: Free hot breakfast, with waffles, eggs, fruit, etc. Free wifi, decent range of television channels. Great and helpful staff. Pool and hot tub. Actual 2 bedroom suites (unlike the half-walls seen elsewhere). Laundry facilities.
Cons: No fitness center. No elevator to the 2nd floor (not an issue for us, but may be for some). The eating area appeared updated, but hallways seemed worn down and could use new carpet and better lighting.
