Hampton Inn Lehi-Thanksgiving Point

Had a bad experience. As soon as we walk into room the smell of sewer. The bathroom was left clogged up. Room was switched, good think I had not unpacked. Second room was not fully stocked. Only one towel, missing toiletries, and to top it off, air conditioning not working. Front desk provided a fan but it was an industrial fan. Super loud. My kids could not sleep. Wake up pack up as I’m walking out someone had their car in front check in area taping their window due to a break in overnight. Horrible.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I do travel a lot for business and family trips. Hampton Inn as always been a good hotel. Are 1st room the ac did not work. The 2nd room the phone, tv and ac did not work. Davey the General Manager did give us a fan to use. We decided to leave the hotel about 10pm and go to a different one across the street. We could not sleep in 77 degree room. This morning I got a call form Davy the General Manager saying I stole is fan. I will not stay rhere again.

My family (with lots of little kids) was extremely comfortable here. It was clean, quiet, and very convenient. Food was on walking distance. We enjoyed our stay

We have family in Lehi and American Fork so we chose this property and have no regrets. The complimentary breakfast was good, staff was kind and efficient and I would stay there again.

The room was not very clean as well as the pool was down for maintenance on a weekend and that is one of the reasons we stay at hotels so our kids can swim.

Fairly clean, good location for what my family was doing price way fair for location, continental breakfast options were poor, food was cold, coffee was luke warm, eating area was designed for individuals not really enough space for families

When we arrived the property had a technical malfunction where room keys weren’t able to be issued to guests. The front desk refused to issue a refund but stated our only option was to get our things and be let into the room by the only staff on duty. I had to get something from my car and it was scary to leave my young child in the room by himself when I had no key but I also did not want to take him to the parking lot in the middle of the night. Additionally the front desk staff was on her phone on a personal call the entire time she was checking us in and walking us to our rooms. At one point saying “shut up” out loud and in such a way that it was not clear to whom she was speaking. When I reported the issue to Expedia, asking for a refund they stated that they contacted management and the refund was refused. Additionally, the same staff person was still working 10 hours later during breakfast the next morning. The hotel was not clean and had a bad smell additionally. I think this location in particular suffers from extremely poor and possibly illegal management and maintenance practices. I’ve stayed at several other Hampton Inns and am a rewards member and never experienced such poor quality or service. Stay ANYWHERE else if you need to stop in this area.

1. the shower was clogged we called to have it looked at one person showed up and my child was in the bathroom I told him to wait 2 min he disappeared and never returned that was annoying showering with a bath full of unwanted water 2. I found dusty towels no biggie I understand things happen we are human 3. There was nasty stains on the mattress that looked like blood that was room 204 go look for yourself 4. The breakfast was soooo nasty dry and old got us sick 5. The A/C was cold but didn’t seem to keep the room cool so the night was a bit too hot

Very nice place to stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Friendly, clean, comfortable, and a great breakfast.

I highly recommend this hotel, my kids had a good time at the pool, the continental breakfast it was good and the room was clean.
