We were there for a quick visit with family. Was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast the next morning was great.

The check-in kiosk was a whole mess and it took me forever to get checked in. I also requested that the rooms be connecting since it was a family trip and they put us 3 rooms apart. The lady at the front desk who assisted me was friendly when she actually showed up, the guy that was working straight up ignored me; he acted like I wasn't even standing there talking to him.

We had several disappointments in the room we stayed in. 1. There was 2 sitting chairs missing….we didn’t have enough room to sit our family that came to see us, which was the point in ordering the type of room we ordered. 2. The bathroom door latch didn’t match up, therefore it wasn’t stay shut. We have a toddler that we had to keep chasing out of the bathroom. 3. We had asked upon checking in that our trash be taken out every day of stay due to our toddler wearing diapers. Didn’t happen…we had to ask again about 5pm the next day because we couldn’t stand the smell of the dirty diapers. We ended up having to set the trash out in the hall ourselves in order to get it taken and was never given more trash bags. 4. The “free” breakfast was exactly the same every…single… day! 5. We had to ask for linens for the hide a bed, even though we listed toddler on guest list. 6. Not all the lights worked in our room. 7. We were put on the 3rd floor with a toddler and I’m handicapped.

Air conditioner was broke and as an elderly couple would like peace and quite
But was put next to a family with kids that were bouncing off the walls literally until 11:00 had to call the front desk to ask them to address the situation. The hotel in general was way too hot all the time. Needs to be cooler for your guests in the common area. Breakfast was very good!!

Easy to book on Expedia, no problems checking in or out, room & hotel were clean, beds comfortable, in a quiet good area that’s within a block or so of several different family friendly dining options, staff were very kind & nice, and the breakfast had hot and cold options that were good. They were kept having to re-set the elevator to get it going again, so something guests with mobility issues may want to call ahead for before booking. Using the stairs wasn’t an issue for us but we were just on the 2nd floor.

I asked for more towels since i had two adults and two kids and did not get them they told me i needed my room refreshed and they would add it but never did.

Overall, it was fine. The bed wasn't comfortable, nor the pillows. There weren't a lot of channels to select on the TV (but you could use your netflix). The indoor pool was freezing, and the hot tub was small but nice. The breakfast wasn't great and was missing a lot of food quickly (not replenished). It was spring break and the cleaning crew seemed to have their kids with them which was fine. The bathroom wasn't super clean. There were never towels available at the pool. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay here again and I'd pick somewhere else for a try, but it wasn't bad. We did have a kitchen which was kinda nice. Parking was okay.

The room was clean and updated. However, the key cards quit working after the first night and we had to ask for new ones. Our room was on the third floor and one of the elevators was not operational.
Because we registered with a dog, we were assigned a room on the far end of the third floor next to a crying baby and a couple of barking dogs (ours never barked once). Must be the hotel’s policy to group all the “noisy” together. We will likely seek other accommodations next time.
