Courtyard by Marriott Wichita Falls

One major safety issue was that there was NO desk clerk on on Friday night, Dec 19 for a period of time. My husband went down to get a drink and there was a family w kids trying to check in, they went everywhere and were knocking to find someone, very dangerous and really poor service. To much air freshener sprayed everywhere and the furniture downstairs is ratty a couple of couches. Your Starbucks never had the right milk, so we had to amend our drink orders freq both times we visited. Then they were training someone and goofed up my drink order, didn't put vanilla in the latte and when you're training it is all about getting it right. Lived the gym access but would really have to think twice about a hotel that left it's desk unmanned...
