I love the room option we had with the 3 beds! It really helped our large family! The elevator was tiny and needed work. Some aspects were very outdated but overall it was perfect for our 1 night stay!

Overall was a nice stay. Had some issues with the room above us jumping off the bed and making noise till 1 am but we understood traveling with 6 very small children can be difficult.

A very nice one night stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was small, but expected and serviceable for little kids. Every staff member encounter was pleasant and helpful.

This property does not have connecting room if you’re traveling as a family. The lady up front said all the rooms had towels for 3-4 guest. Both of our rooms only had 2 towels and wash cloths. Also if you book with Expedia you are last on the list to get rooms side by side or on the same hallway.

The room was great, but the staff when checking in was rude. Also, you need a ticket for the continental breakfast and basically have a babysitter while in the breakfast room. We gave her out tickets, she wrote it down and then asked us again for our tickets like 5 minutes later. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and pleasure and this was the most ridiculous I've seen. The selection wasn't great, either.

The elevators were broken, we were on the 3rd floor, and I had a baby and luggage. and the key card stopped working not once but twice during my stay which forced me to go back down & back up two flights of stairs with child in arms as well as anything else i was carrying at the time. I would like a refund. & will not be returning to that location.

We had a very good stay. Breakfast is amazing at no extra charge. Very friendly staff . They let us play cards with family in the breakfast area that evening .

The manager was kind to us as we checked in very late at night. The lobby and facilities are well kept. The pool was just enough to relax and let the kids move about. We had 2 dogs with us and the fee was not bad compared to others in this area. I would stay here again.

We came in really late like 1:45 am so catching breakfast with 2 small children and getting a little sleep took us past 9:00 am. We got down there at 9:05
