Check in was a disaster! After sitting in lobby for 2 hours I was given a room without a bed (they were changing out mattresses). The desk clerk said my room had been ready and then gave me a room that did not have a bed or was not cleaned. He had no idea what was going on. I had been waiting and this was frustrating. The night girl was rude and stayed on her phone. I am always greeted at every Marriott hotel with a bottle of water and she told me I am not a "Palatium member." The elevator door slammed on my shoulder when I was attempting to get on it after another lady exited it with a cart. Bfst is fair. There are about at total of 2~3 employees that were nice. Room was TINY NOT A SUITE, and carpet was vacuumed at all. I had to request the light bulb be replaced in bathroom. One morning the room above me had kids that I just knew would be coming through my ceiling any time and desk said they could do nothing about it. and the last day the elevator was broke! FINAL STRAW ~ I told them to have maint come carry my suitcase down for me & they did. Def not worth over $200 a night and I won't be staying there again.

This was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. I didnt have high expectations since we did need a pet friendly room, but I didnt even want my dog in there. Let alone my children or myself. When we walked into the hotel lobby I was relieved to see how clean and nice the hotel was, but my relief turned to horror when we entered our room. The walls were dirty. The carpet was absolutely gross and sticky. Downright terrible. It was obvious it hadn't been cleaned since installed....it is a pet friendly room....lots of accidents have happened on that floor. The couch was stained and so was the throw pillow on the couch. The furniture overall was just dirty. I didnt want to sit on it. The linens on the bed were clean which was nice, but the mattresses were hard as a rock lol. The bathroom was clean and the towels were clean too! So that was a plus. Overall I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. It really just grossed me out.

We needed a place to stay while escaping the hurricane in Houston. It was super clean and the perfect place for me and my two young kids. The kitchenette was really helpful and the customer service people were friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again!

Three members of my family were staying in your hotel for my daughter’s campus visit at Baylor. While service was sufficient, friendly for the most part, we were unable to access any movie apps (HBO Max, Netflix, Amazon, etc.) on our last night there. I called the front desk multiple times and was ultimately transferred to MCI. I took the elevator down to the front desk to log a complaint/ seek advice and was told “sometimes the apps don’t work”. That’s it. So, does that mean I can withhold payment because I paid for something that wasn’t available as advertised? Very disappointing.
