Hampton Inn & Suites Waco-South

I came with my two grandchildren, and we enjoyed this facility because of the friendly personnel. My grandchildren and I enjoyed the heated pool immensely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you.

We were just there for the night but the pool was closed,my kiddos were disapointed in that.The AC in the whole hotel had issues and no where was super cool.The one in our room was doing good but in the night didnt cool much & most of the lights wernt sorking.We were woke up early by maintainence knocking on the door asking about the ac & light.We had never reported either so that was a little creepy.The breakfast staff wasnt greatt,nothing was replaced while we were there and she started putting everything up early even tho the breakfast hours were 6-10,she had it all up by 9:30.People were still coming in and it was all unplugged and cleaned out. Hampton is my go to place to stay but I wouldnt go back to this one.
