It was a good stay except for the fact that we got a connecting room and the people in the next room allowed their child to cry all night.

The room that we had was , so noisy, we could hear everything going on in the next room. We have teen kids with us and a couple having sex the whole night with strange noises and it was embarrassing. I had booked this hotel so that we could sleep for a night peacefully and continue our journey. But it turned out pathetic. Never ever booking Hyat Place again.

Great family experience. Easy check in staff was very courteous and provided us with water while we waited (which was nothing). Indoor pool was a + for us since my wife was more at ease with the kids also if it's bad weather you can still enjoy. The gym area was great and super clean. Checkout was easy and breakfast provided was delicious. Would come again most definitely and do recommend it.

I try to take my 2 grandchildren there every month and a half because of the location and the feeling of being safe. But the children have been disappointed in the swimming pools heater not working. Overall it is the Perfect place for us.

We were really looking forward to this stay as a splurge of an overnight trip with our kiddos, so we specifically searched for an indoor pool for one of our fun "to dos" while in town. The heater is broken, had been for the past week but still listed as having a pool for use online. We went to see just how cold it was, and it was freezing. Then when we got to our room, we apparently had an ADA room with no bathtub (again, small children, booked a standard room days prior so we'd have a tub because our youngest doesn't do showers) and were told sorry that was our only choice. 2 handtowels had lipstick on them, so that was neat. The free standing closet in the room smelled like fritos and was so repulsive we couldnt hang or put anything in it. And our entertainment for breakfast the next morning was members of the staff stretched out in chairs, near where folks were eating blasting videos on their phones. It was a tad obnoxious. Don't get me wrong, im all for music, comedy, etc but the videos were screaming loud messes of lord only knows what. Last 4 quick get aways we've had in the last 4 years we've only stayed at a Hyatt, but will definitely rethink our choice of chain next go around.

It was 20 degrees and our heat wasn’t working in our room. By the time we figured it out it was midnight and our baby was asleep so we couldn’t do anything about it, other than try to keep him warm. My husband and I slept horrible. When I told the front desk the next day all they said was “ok thanks, we will tell maintenance.” No apology or anything. We were not pleased.

There were screaming children running up & down the hall, knocking on doors including mine multiple times. The parents screamed at the children thru the closed door, which sounded like they were literally sharing my room. After more than 2 hours, I knocked on their door, explained the situation and was called a f*cking b*tch. I reported this all to the front desk but the screaming, slamming & door knocking did not stop until after 3am. I was told breakfast was from 630-830. When I went down at 7:12am, there was no breakfast left. When I was trying to check out, both representatives were sitting around the 'Starbucks' side of front and didn't notice me for several minutes. The mattress was like a brick slab, no water pressure in the shower head. My trip was 24 hours of intense work. All I wanted to do was rest, take a hot shower & sleep...all were miserable. I do not recommend - no interest in customer comfort, considering the price was $50-$100 per night higher than other local hotels.

Our family loved our stay here! Very clean, quiet, spacious room. Enjoyed the gym, great pool, open lobby with many seating areas, great free breakfast buffet! And we enjoyed walking around the area to the near shopping areas!

Great location, rooms comfortable and clean, but LOUD, you could hear the next room’s Tv and conversation, along with every door closing up and down the hallway. It was also spring break so the kids were running up and down stair wells till after 11pm…
