Really nice and large room, especially if you are sharing with family.

I enjoyed my stay and my family did also. I would like to point out that the sofa needed reupholstering.

The bed was very hard. Ball tournament, so very noisy. Staff was super friendly, but I didn't like the front desk giving the kids new rooms keys without an adult. This made the parents' keys voided. No ID required for the keys. This is unsafe and not appreciated by most parents. I worry about safety. The staff was super friendly though.

I've been staying at this hotel every Thanksgiving and Christmas for twelve years. It's always clean, quiet, comfortable and decorated beautifully. The staff is fantastic. It is a little drive from the family I visit in Tyler, but it's worth the drive!

I do not recommend staying here at all! First of all, a lady came out yelling about shutting the pool down at 845 because of kids being too loud but yet kids were running up and down the hall being loud, banging on stuff at all hours of the night! Second, there was still trash under the bed from previous guests. Third, only one working ice machine in the entire hotel. But the worst of all was that my daughter could not simply get a blanket to use! We had a king suite, and there was no blanket for the sleeper sofa. When i spoke with the front desk, it was simply sorry guess housekeeping forgot to put one in there and we dont have anymore. No offer of anything to make it right, just sorry. Another family from our group had the same issue with their suite, except they didnt even have a pillow! They also complained to the front desk to the same sorry, we dont have anymore. For $180, the least they could do is make sure there is enough pillows and blankets. Never stay here!

Sleep Inn is my "go-to" place to stay when visiting family in Tyer. The hotel is really close to shopping and restaurants but is sucked away and very quiet. It's always sparkling clean, and the staff is fantastic. During the Christmas season, the multiple, different-themed Christmas trees are beautiful.

Friendly staff, great breakfast included- one of the best ones we’ve had! All stag is very accommodating and met all our needs. Pool was well kept and clean. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lobby area for breakfast was big and open, plenty of seating and nice sofa area as well. The pool is just outside the lobby area which was very nice for kids to play while we could eat inside at the tables. It’s was one of our favorite hotels we’ve stayed at- everything was on point, clean, and nice!
